By accessing or using the Vuta application, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Application immediately.

1. Use of Service

Vuta is an educational platform that allows users to share past paper reviews, comments, and files. Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. User-Generated Content

Ownership

Users retain ownership of the content they upload.

License

By uploading content, you grant Edutech a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and make available such content through the platform.

Responsibility

You represent and warrant that you own or have permission to share all uploaded materials. You are solely responsible for your content.

3. Copyright Infringement (Notice and Takedown)

If you believe content on Vuta infringes your copyright, please contact: vumcqsmaster@gmail.com

Your notice should include:

  • Description of the copyrighted work.
  • Location of the allegedly infringing content.
  • Your contact information.
  • A statement of good-faith belief.

We reserve the right to remove allegedly infringing content and terminate repeat offenders.

4. Content Removal

Edutech reserves the right to remove, disable, or restrict any content that violates these Terms, applicable laws, or third-party rights.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

Edutech does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, legality, or completeness of user-generated content.

Users access and rely upon content at their own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Edutech, its owners, developers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:

  • User-generated content.
  • Uploaded files.
  • Copyright infringement by users.
  • Use or inability to use the Application.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Edutech, its owners, employees, developers, and affiliates against claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and legal expenses resulting from your content, conduct, or violation of these Terms.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion, particularly in cases involving repeated violations, illegal activity, or abuse of the platform.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
